The Earnings tab is your running record of every dollar you have earned, are waiting on, and have already been paid. Here is exactly what you are looking at and what happens at each step.
- 1
Open the Earnings tab
Tap the Earnings icon in the bottom nav. At the top you will see three summary totals side by side: Estimated, Approved, and Paid. These are your live running totals — they update each time a job status changes.
- 2
Understand Estimated
Estimated is the amount tied to jobs you have submitted but Bryan has not reviewed yet. Think of it as "in the queue." It is not guaranteed money yet — it becomes real once Bryan checks your photos and marks the job approved.
💡 The faster you submit complete photos and a finished checklist, the faster Estimated turns into Approved.
- 3
Understand Approved
Approved means Bryan has reviewed the job, your before/after photos looked good, and the payment is confirmed on his end. This amount is real and will be transferred to your bank on the next payout cycle. You will see a checkmark or "Approved" label on the individual job row.
- 4
Understand Paid
Paid is your all-time total of money that has already been sent to your bank via Stripe. Once a transfer is initiated it usually lands within 1–2 business days depending on your bank. You can tap any Paid entry in the history list to see the transfer date and the jobs it covered.
💡 If a transfer is not showing in your bank after 2 business days, check that your Stripe payout account is fully connected under Onboarding.
- 5
Scroll down to see your history
Below the summary totals is a chronological list of every job with its individual status (Estimated, Approved, or Paid) and the dollar amount for that job. Tap any row to see which stop it was and when you submitted it.
- 6
Check if a job is still under review
If a job is stuck on Estimated longer than you expect, it just means Bryan has not reviewed it yet. You do not need to resubmit. If something unusual happened on that job — like a yard issue or a tricky photo — use the support chat bubble or text Bryan directly so he has context.
- 7
Confirm your bank is connected
Payouts go out through Stripe Connect straight to the bank account you connected during onboarding. Ah Crap never sees your bank details — they go directly into Stripe. If you have not connected your payout account yet, head to Onboarding and tap "Connect your Stripe payout account" to get set up.
💡 No payout account connected means no transfer can happen, even for Approved jobs.
Common questions
How long does it take for an Approved job to reach my bank?
Once Bryan marks a job Approved and the transfer is initiated, it typically lands in your bank within 1–2 business days. Exact timing depends on your bank's processing speed.
Why is a job still showing as Estimated after I submitted it?
It is waiting for Bryan to review your photos and checklist. There is nothing extra you need to do. If it has been more than a day or two and you think something may have gotten flagged, shoot Bryan a text and he will sort it out.
What happens if a job is not approved — do I lose that pay?
Bryan will reach out if there is a problem with a submission. He is not trying to dock your pay — clear before/after photos and a completed checklist mean approvals go through smoothly. If there is ever a dispute, text Bryan directly.
Can I see a breakdown of exactly which jobs made up a Paid transfer?
Yes. Tap any entry in the Paid section of your history and you will see the individual jobs and the transfer date that payout covered.
Where do I go if my bank account info changes?
Head to the Onboarding section and tap "Connect your Stripe payout account" to update your details. Your bank information goes directly into Stripe — Ah Crap never stores it.
