The Community Crew is my way of giving students and young adults a shot at honest, safety-first local work — the kind that puts money in your pocket and gives you a real reference from a local business owner. Early start times in summer, water breaks, shade, and hard limits when it's dangerously hot. We move jobs before we push people.
Everyone learns the safe way to handle each job first, and gets gloves, bags, and the right tools before their first route.
Students in the school-partnered track would always work under adult supervision — no solo assignments for minors.
Students under 18 are never asked to drive for work. Transportation to and from sites is arranged with families and the school.
