Students in a school-partnered role would be W-2 employees paid hourly at or above Arizona minimum wage (currently $15.15/hr in 2026) — not unpaid "exposure."
We can share attendance, skills demonstrated, and supervisor feedback back to the school to support work-based-learning credit and student portfolios.
