Welcome to the team. The crew portal lives at ops.ahcrapcleanup.com — no app store needed, just open it in your phone's browser and add it to your home screen. Here is a quick walk-through of everything you will see when you first log in.

Open the portal and request your magic link
Go to ops.ahcrapcleanup.com on your phone. Enter your email address and tap 'Send my login link.' Check your inbox for an email from Ah Crap Cleanup Co. and tap the link inside — that logs you straight in, no password needed.
💡 Add the portal to your home screen after logging in so it feels like a real app.

Add the portal to your home screen
On iPhone, tap the Share button in Safari and choose 'Add to Home Screen.' On Android, tap the three-dot menu in Chrome and choose 'Add to Home screen.' Either way, the portal now opens full-screen, just like an app.

Check your onboarding progress on the Home tab
The first thing you see on Home is your onboarding checklist — e-sign your documents, request your worker kit, and connect your Stripe payout account. Each item shows a checkmark once it's done. Bryan will not assign you routes until onboarding is complete, so knock these out first.

See today's stops
Below onboarding you will see a 'Today's Stops' card listing every job on your schedule for the day. Each stop shows the cross-streets and the job type (pet waste, weeds, patio, etc.). Tap a stop to open the full job detail and start the completion wizard when you are on-site.

Check your unpaid earnings
Still on Home, there is an 'Unpaid Earnings' figure showing what you have earned from approved jobs that have not been paid out yet. It updates each time Bryan approves a completed job.
💡 If a number looks off, tap it — it links to your full earnings history on the Pay tab.

Use the Routes tab to accept or decline route offers
Tap the Routes tab at the bottom of the screen. When Bryan sends you a route offer, it appears here with the details. Tap 'Accept' to add it to your schedule or 'Decline' if you are not available — you can always decline, no questions asked.

Use the Jobs tab to complete your work
The Jobs tab shows every job assigned to you. Tap any job to open the detail page, then walk through the completion wizard: work the checklist, take honest before-and-after photos, and tap Submit. Bryan reviews submissions before they are marked approved and paid.

Find 'stuck? text Bryan' any time
At the bottom of your Home dashboard there is a 'Stuck? Text Bryan' button. Tap it if you have a question on-site, cannot find an address, or need help with anything at all. Bryan is your direct point of contact.
Common questions
Do I need to download an app from the App Store or Google Play?
No. The crew portal is a web app at ops.ahcrapcleanup.com. Just open it in your phone's browser, log in, and add it to your home screen. It works exactly like an app without any download.
What is a magic link and why do I not have a password?
A magic link is a secure one-tap login sent to your email. There are no passwords to forget or reset. Each link works once and expires after a short time, so your account stays safe.
Can Bryan or a customer see my personal phone number?
No. Any chat between you and a customer goes through the portal and never reveals your phone number to them, and their number is never shown to you.
What happens if I need a day off?
Head to the Profile tab and use the 'Request Time Off' option. Bryan will arrange backup coverage so the customers on your route are still taken care of.
When and how do I get paid?
You get paid per completed, photo-verified, approved job via Stripe Connect directly to your bank account. You connect your bank account during onboarding — Ah Crap never sees your banking details, they go straight into Stripe. Check the Pay tab any time to see your estimated, approved, and paid totals.
