Update Your Profile and Service Details

💡 Updating your profile takes under a minute and helps Bryan's crew find your yard, skip the drama with your dog, and reach you if something comes up.

Your Profile tab is where you tell the crew everything they need to do the job right — from how to find your gate to whether your dog is a hugger or a barker. Keeping it current means smoother visits every single time.

  1. 1

Open the portal and tap Profile

Head to ops.ahcrapcleanup.com on your phone and log in. At the bottom of the screen you'll see the main navigation — tap Profile (it's the person icon, usually the last tab on the right).

💡 If you added the portal to your home screen, just tap that icon to get straight in.

  2. 2

    Tap the Edit button

Your current info is displayed in a clean card. Tap the Edit button (or the pencil icon) at the top of the card to open the editable form. All your fields will become tappable inputs.

  3. 3

Update your email and phone number

Tap the Email field and type your new address, then do the same for Phone. Bryan uses these to send your Stripe payment link and to reach you if the crew has a question on the day of your visit.

💡 Double-check your phone number — that's how Bryan texts you visit confirmations.

  4. 4

    Set your cross-streets

The Cross-streets field is a short description of where your property is — for example, "NW corner of Dobson and Warner." This helps the crew navigate to the right yard on a busy route day without having to call you.

  5. 5

    Add notes for the crew

The Notes field is your chance to tell the crew anything useful: gate codes, which side gate to use, "the golden retriever is friendly but jumpy," or "please close the back gate behind you." There's no limit — write as much as helps.

💡 The more detail here, the less back-and-forth on visit day. Gate codes and dog quirks are the two most common things to include.

  6. 6

    Save your changes

When everything looks right, tap Save. You'll see a confirmation that your profile was updated. The crew sees your latest notes before every visit, so changes take effect right away — even if you have a job coming up tomorrow.

Common questions

Does Bryan get notified when I update my profile?

Not with a formal alert, but your latest info is always what the crew sees when they pull up your stop. If you make a big change — like a new gate code — it never hurts to shoot Bryan a quick text so he knows to flag it for the crew.

What if I moved or I'm at a different address now?

Text or call Bryan directly using the buttons on your Home tab. A change of address involves confirming your service area and adjusting your route, so Bryan will want to handle that personally rather than having you just swap it in the form.

Can the crew see my phone number through the notes?

Your actual phone number is kept private. The crew sees your service notes and cross-streets, but if they need to reach you, all communication goes through the portal or Bryan — your personal number is never shared.

Is there a character limit on the Notes field?

No hard limit. Write whatever helps the crew do a great job — gate combos, which areas to avoid, pet names, anything. Longer is fine if it means fewer surprises on visit day.

What happens if I forget to add a gate code and the crew can't get in?

Bryan will try to reach you using the contact info on your profile. If the crew can't access the yard, the visit may need to be rescheduled. That's exactly why filling in your notes upfront saves everyone a headache — especially gate codes.
