Open your customer portal
Head to ops.ahcrapcleanup.com on your phone or browser. Log in with your magic link — no password needed, just your email.

Tap Visits in the navigation
You'll see a Visits tab in the menu. Tap it to pull up a list of every visit that has been scheduled or completed for your property.

Find the completed visit you want to review
Completed visits show a status label so you can tell them apart from upcoming ones. Scroll down to the visit date you're looking for and tap on it to open the detail view.
💡 If a visit is still upcoming or in progress, photos won't be there yet — they get added when the crew submits the job.

Look for the Before and After photo section
Inside the visit detail, you'll see a Before section and an After section with the photos the crew took on-site. The before shot is taken when they arrive; the after shot is taken once the work is done.

Tap any photo to view it full size
Tap a thumbnail and it expands so you can get a good look at the actual condition of your yard before the crew started and what it looked like when they left.

Rate the visit while you're here
Right below the photos you'll see a 1–5 star rating. Go ahead and rate the visit — it takes two seconds and helps Bryan know how things are going. If you give 4 or 5 stars, you'll get the option to leave a Google review. If something was off, your feedback goes privately to Bryan instead.

Common questions
Why does Ah Crap take before and after photos on every visit?
It keeps us honest and keeps you informed. Photos are how Bryan verifies that every job was actually completed and done right before it gets approved. You never have to take anyone's word for it — the evidence is right there in your portal.
What if the photos aren't showing up for a visit?
Photos are added by the crew when they submit the job for review, so they won't appear until after the visit is completed and submitted. If a visit shows as completed but the photos are missing, tap the support chat bubble or use the Text Bryan button and he'll sort it out right away.
How long are my visit photos stored?
Your visit history and photos stay in your portal so you can look back at any past visit whenever you like. There's no expiration — your full history is there.
Can I share my before and after photos?
You can screenshot or save any photo from your portal just like any image on your phone. We only ask that you're mindful of your neighbors' privacy if your yard shots happen to include adjacent properties.
What if I'm not happy with what I see in the after photo?
Leave an honest star rating on that visit — anything below 4 stars sends your feedback directly and privately to Bryan. He'll follow up with you personally. You can also tap Text Bryan or Call Bryan anytime from the Home tab.
