A Tour of Your Ah Crap Customer Portal

💡 Your portal gives you a real-time view of your plan, visits, billing, and referrals all in one place — and getting in only takes a single tap from your email.

Everything you need to manage your cleanups lives at ops.ahcrapcleanup.com — no password required, no app to download. Here is exactly what you will find once you are in.

    Request your magic link to log in

    Go to ops.ahcrapcleanup.com and enter the email address Bryan has on file for you. Hit Send Link. A login email lands in your inbox within a minute — tap the button inside it and you are straight into your portal. No password, ever.

    💡 Check your spam folder if it does not show up. The link expires after a short while, so just request a fresh one if it stops working.

    Add the portal to your phone home screen

    On iPhone, open the portal in Safari, tap the Share icon at the bottom, then choose Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, and tap Add to Home Screen. It will look and behave just like an app — no App Store needed.

    💡 This is the easiest way to get back to your portal fast. It opens full-screen with no browser clutter.

    Home tab — see your plan at a glance

    This is your landing screen. You will see your founder number and your $25/week rate locked for life, a card reminding you to set up secure payment (Bryan emails you a Stripe link to add your card — nothing to do here until that email arrives), your upcoming visits, total visits completed, and a card to refer a neighbor. The floating chat bubble in the corner and the Text and Call Bryan buttons are always here if you need anything.

    Visits tab — review your before and after photos

    Every completed visit is listed here with the date, the before photo the crew took when they arrived, and the after photo once the job was done. Tap any completed visit to open it, then use the 1–5 star rating to tell Bryan how it went.

    💡 If you leave 4 or 5 stars you will see an option to share a quick Google review — totally optional but it means a lot to a small local business.

    Billing tab — understand your charges and options

    Here you can see your $25/week founder rate, your next charge date, any credits that have been applied, and your payment history. You can also skip a week, pause your service, cancel, or change your plan right from this tab.

    💡 Your founder rate is locked for life as long as your account stays active. The Billing tab always shows the current rate so you can see exactly what is coming.

    Refer tab — share your code and earn free weeks

    Your personal referral link and code live here. Share it with a neighbor — when they sign up and complete their first paid week, they get $5 off and you earn one free week of cleanups. Every three qualified referrals earns you a bonus week on top of that. Credits apply automatically to your next bill.

    💡 Before launch, each referral also moves you up 5 spots on the waitlist — a nice bonus while we are getting started.

    Profile tab — keep your details current

    Tap Profile to update your email address, phone number, cross-streets, and any notes for the crew (like gate codes, dog names, or spots to avoid). Keeping this accurate helps the crew do their best work on every visit.

Common questions

I never got a login email. What do I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, wait a minute and request a new link — sometimes there is a brief delay. If you are still stuck, just text Bryan and he will sort it out right away.

Do I need to download an app?

Nope. The portal is a web app that works in any browser. If you want it on your home screen like an app, follow step 2 above — it takes about 30 seconds.

Where do I enter my payment info?

Bryan will email you a secure Stripe link. Tap that link to add your card — your payment details go straight into Stripe and Bryan never sees your full card number. The Home tab will remind you to do this if it is not set up yet.

Can I message Bryan from inside the portal?

Yes. The floating chat bubble on the Home screen lets you send a message, and the Text and Call buttons connect you to Bryan directly. Either way, your personal phone number is never shared with crew members.

What happens if I rate a visit poorly?

Low ratings send your feedback privately to Bryan — not publicly posted anywhere. He uses that to follow up and make things right. Ratings of 4 or 5 stars will show you the option to leave a Google review if you feel like it.
