Open the Refer tab
Log in to the customer portal at ops.ahcrapcleanup.com and tap the Refer item in the bottom navigation. This is your referral home base — everything you need is right here.

Grab your personal referral code and share link
You will see your unique referral code and a ready-made share link. The link works anywhere — text message, iMessage, Nextdoor, wherever your neighbor is most likely to see it. Tap the copy or share button next to either one.
💡 Your code is tied to your account, so any signup through it automatically counts toward your rewards.

Send it to your neighbor
Text or share the link directly to a neighbor in Chandler. When they tap it, the referral code is already applied — they do not have to type anything or remember a code.

Your neighbor gets $5 off their first paid week
Once your neighbor signs up and completes their first paid week, the $5 discount is automatically applied to their bill. They do not need to ask for it or remind anyone.

You earn one free cleanup week per qualified referral
As soon as your neighbor's referral is confirmed as qualified, one free week of cleanups is credited to your account. That credit auto-applies to your next billing cycle — Bryan does not need to do anything manually.

Every three qualified referrals you make, you earn one additional bonus free week on top of the per-referral week. So your third referral gives you two free weeks total: the usual one plus the bonus.

Pre-launch: each referral also bumps you up the waitlist
If the service has not launched in your area yet, every qualified referral also moves you +5 spots up the waitlist. You can stack these — refer five neighbors before launch and you jump 25 spots.

Check your credits in the Billing tab
Head to the Billing tab any time to see your current credits and when they will be applied. Your next charge will show the credit deducted before anything hits your card.

Common questions
What counts as a 'qualified' referral?
A referral is qualified when the neighbor you referred signs up for service and completes their first paid week. Signing up alone does not trigger the reward — their first successful paid week is what makes it official.
Does my neighbor have to be in Chandler?
Yes, Ah Crap Cleanup Co. serves Chandler AZ, so your referral needs to be a local neighbor for the signup to go through. If they are just outside the service area, Bryan will let them know.
When exactly does my free week credit show up?
It auto-applies to your next billing cycle after the referral qualifies. You will see it reflected in the Billing tab under credits before your next charge runs.
Is there a limit to how many neighbors I can refer?
No limit. Refer as many Chandler neighbors as you like. Each qualified referral earns you a free week, and you keep hitting the bonus-week milestone every three referrals.
What if I refer someone but they do not use my link — can I still get credit?
