Find your Billing tab
Open the portal at ops.ahcrapcleanup.com and tap Billing in the bottom nav. This is where everything lives — your rate, next charge date, credits, and plan options.

See your locked founder rate
At the top of the Billing tab you will see your $25/wk founder rate marked as locked for life. The standard rate rises to $30 for later sign-ups, but your price never changes as long as you stay active.
💡 If you do not see the founder badge, text Bryan — it should be there from day one.

Set up your payment card via the Stripe link
Before your first visit, Bryan emails you a secure Stripe card link. Tap that link — it opens a Stripe-hosted page where you enter your card details directly. Ah Crap never sees or stores your card number; it goes straight into Stripe.
💡 Check your spam folder if you do not see the email. You can also ask Bryan to resend it from the portal's support chat or by tapping Text Bryan.

Check your next charge date and amount
Back in the Billing tab, look for the 'Next charge' line. It shows the date your card will be billed and the amount due. If you have any credits on your account, you will see them listed right there and the amount due will already reflect the reduction.
💡 Credits from referrals or any adjustments Bryan applies show up here automatically — no action needed on your end.

Understand when charges happen
Charges are weekly, billed on a recurring schedule tied to your start date. You will see the exact next charge date in the Billing tab so you always know what is coming. Bryan does not charge you until your card is on file and your service has started.

Apply credits — they happen automatically
If you have earned referral credits or Bryan has applied a credit to your account, they show in the Billing tab and auto-apply to your next bill. You do not need to enter a code or do anything — just watch the amount due drop.

Skip a week, pause, or cancel from the same tab
If you need to pause or skip, those options are right here in the Billing tab — no need to call or text. Skipping a week means no charge and no visit that week. Pausing and canceling are also self-serve, and Bryan will see the change on his end.
💡 Skipping or pausing before your next charge date means you will not be billed for that period.
Common questions
When exactly does my card get charged each week?
Your card is billed on the same day each week based on when your service started. The exact date is always visible in the Billing tab under 'Next charge' — no guessing required.
Is it safe to add my card through the Stripe link Bryan sends?
Yes. That link opens a page hosted directly by Stripe, one of the most trusted payment processors around. Ah Crap never sees or stores your card number — only Stripe does.
What if I have credits — do I need to do anything to use them?
Nothing at all. Credits auto-apply to your next charge. You will see the credit amount listed in the Billing tab and the adjusted total due before the charge happens.
I signed up as a founder. Will my rate ever go up?
No. Your $25/wk founder rate is locked for life as long as you stay active. Bryan made that promise to the first 25 customers and it is reflected right in your Billing tab as a permanent lock.
Can I pause or cancel service without calling Bryan?
Yes — pause, cancel, and skip-a-week are all self-serve options right in the Billing tab. That said, Bryan is always a text away if you have questions or something comes up.
