Credits are basically free money toward your cleanups — they stack up automatically and get applied to your bill without you having to do a thing. Here is exactly where to find them and how they work.
- 1
Open the Billing section
From the bottom nav in the customer portal, tap Billing. This is your one-stop view for your current rate, next charge date, and any credits sitting on your account.
💡 Your founder rate of $25/wk is locked here for life — credits apply on top of that.
- 2
Find your credit balance
Look for the credits line near the top of the Billing page, just above or near your next charge amount. It will show the total credit balance currently on your account in dollars or as free weeks, depending on how the credit was earned.
- 3
See where a referral free week comes from
Head to the Refer section from the bottom nav. Every neighbor who signs up using your personal referral code or share link and completes their first paid week earns you one free week of cleanups. Every third qualified referral earns you a bonus second free week on top of that.
💡 Pre-launch referrals also bump you up the waitlist — those credits stack.
- 4
Understand the $5 referee credit
If someone shared their referral code with you and you signed up using it, you get $5 off your first paid week automatically. You will see this reflected as a credit on your first bill in the Billing section — nothing to redeem or enter.
- 5
Spot goodwill credits
Occasionally Bryan may apply a goodwill credit to your account — for example if a visit had an issue. These show up in the same credits line on the Billing page, labeled so you know where they came from.
💡 If you ever see a credit and are not sure why it is there, tap the support chat bubble or text Bryan.
- 6
Watch credits auto-apply at your next charge
You do not need to do anything to use your credits. When your next weekly charge processes, any available credit balance is automatically deducted first, so you only get charged the difference. If your credits cover the full week, you will see a $0.00 charge for that cycle.
💡 Your Billing page will show the next charge amount already reflecting any credits that will apply.
- 7
Check your billing history for past credit applications
Scroll down in the Billing section to see your charge history. You can verify that each credit was applied correctly — every line shows what you were charged and any credits that were used that week.
💡 If something looks off, just reach out to Bryan directly from the portal.
Common questions
Do my credits expire?
No. Your credits stay on your account until they are used. They carry forward automatically from week to week until your balance hits zero.
Can I see a breakdown of where each credit came from?
Yes — the Billing section shows your credit balance, and individual credits are labeled so you can tell whether it came from a referral, a referee discount, or a goodwill adjustment from Bryan.
What if my credit is more than one week's charge?
The remainder stays on your account and rolls into the following week. Credits keep applying week after week until the balance is used up.
I referred a neighbor but I have not seen a free week yet — why?
The free week credit posts once your neighbor completes their first paid week (not just when they sign up). Give it a billing cycle after their first service and then check your Billing page. If it still has not appeared, text Bryan.
Can I use credits toward a skip week or while paused?
Credits apply to active billing weeks. If you skip a week or pause your plan, no charge runs that week, so credits would not be consumed — they simply wait until your next active billing week.
