How to Pause, Cancel, or Change Your Plan

💡 No contracts, no cancellation fees — you can pause, cancel, or change your plan anytime right from the Billing section of your portal.

Life happens. Whether you need a breather, you're moving, or you just want to adjust your plan, everything you need is in one place: the Billing section of your customer portal. It takes about a minute, and Bryan is always a text away if you get stuck.

    Open your portal and tap Billing

    Log in to your customer portal at ops.ahcrapcleanup.com. From the bottom nav, tap Billing. This is where all plan changes live.

    Find the plan management options

    Scroll down past your next charge and credits. You will see options labeled Pause Plan, Change Plan, and Cancel Plan. Tap whichever one fits your situation.

    💡 Not sure which to pick? Pause keeps your spot and founder rate locked. Cancel ends the service entirely. Change lets you switch your plan type.

    Pause your plan

    Tap Pause Plan and select how long you want to pause. Your billing stops during the pause and no cleanups are scheduled. Your founder rate and any unused credits stay safe the whole time.

    💡 Pausing is great for vacations, travel, or just a slow month — no need to cancel.

    Change your plan

    Tap Change Plan to switch between available plan options. Review the new details and confirm. Your founder pricing is tied to your account, so changing your plan does not affect it.

    Cancel your plan (and leave honest feedback)

    Tap Cancel Plan. You will be asked to pick a reason — things like moving, cost, or just done for now. This helps Bryan improve the service, and it takes about five seconds. Confirm, and your cancellation is set.

    💡 Your service continues through the end of your current paid week. You will not be charged again after that.

    What happens to your founder rate if you come back

    If you were a founder (one of the first 25 customers at $25/wk locked for life), that rate is tied to your account. Cancel and come back, and Bryan honors it — just reach out and he will get you reactivated at your original price.

    💡 This is Bryan's word, not a loophole. Founders built the business and he does not forget that.

Common questions

Is there a cancellation fee or contract?

Nope. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no weird fine print. You can cancel anytime from Billing and that's the end of it.

What happens to my credits if I cancel?

Any credits on your account (from referrals or skipped weeks) are applied to your final bill before service ends. If the credits exceed your balance, Bryan will sort it out — just text him.

If I pause, will I lose my founder pricing?

No. Pausing your plan does not affect your founder rate. Your $25/wk locked-for-life price stays exactly where it is while you're paused.

How much notice do I need to give before canceling?

You can cancel anytime. Your current paid week finishes out and then billing stops. There's no advance notice required.

I already cancelled but I want to come back. Do I still get my founder rate?

If you were a founder, yes — Bryan honors that rate when you return. Just text or call him directly and he will reactivate your account at your original price.
