Founder Pricing: $25/Week, Locked for Life

💡 The first 25 customers to sign up lock in $25/week permanently — your rate never increases, even after standard pricing rises to $30.

If you joined Ah Crap Cleanup Co. before the doors fully opened, you are a Founder. That means one thing above everything else: $25/week, locked in for as long as you are a customer. Here is exactly what that looks like in your portal and why it holds.

  1. 1

Find your Founder badge and number

Open your customer portal and look at the Home screen. Right at the top of your plan card you will see your Founder number — something like "Founder #7." That number is yours forever and shows exactly when you joined the founding group.

💡 Only the first 25 customers receive a Founder number. If you see it, you are in.

  2. 2

Confirm your locked rate on the Home screen

Just below your Founder number on that same plan card, you will see your weekly rate displayed as $25/wk and the words "locked for life." This is not a promotion or a trial period — it is a permanent commitment from Bryan.

  3. 3

Check your rate on the Billing screen too

Tap Billing in the nav. At the top it shows your current plan rate as $25/week alongside the note that the standard rate rises to $30. Your line will always read $25 — that column does not change for Founders.

💡 The Billing screen is also where you will see your next charge date and any credits applied.

  4. 4

Understand what "standard rises to $30" means for you

When Ah Crap opens to the general public after the founding period closes, new customers pay $30/week. That change has zero effect on your account. Your $25 rate is hard-coded to your account and does not follow standard pricing.

  5. 5

See that your rate survives skips and pauses

If you skip a week or pause your service from the Billing screen, your Founder rate is still waiting for you when you resume. Pausing does not forfeit your pricing or your Founder number.

💡 Skipping a week and pausing are two different things — skip is a one-time hold, pause is open-ended. Both keep your $25 rate intact.

  6. 6

Know the one thing that ends Founder pricing

Your $25 rate is locked for life as a continuous customer. If you cancel your account entirely and sign up again later, you would rejoin at whatever the current standard rate is at that time. Bryan cannot retroactively restore a cancelled Founder slot.

💡 If you need to step away for a while, pausing is always safer than cancelling.

  7. 7

Set up payment so your rate is active

Your Founder rate is reserved, but your account is not fully active until payment is set up. On the Home screen you will see a "set up secure payment" card. Bryan emails you a Stripe link — tap it, add your card, and your $25/week rate kicks in from your first visit.

Common questions

What if Bryan raises prices in the future — does my $25 rate really hold?

Yes, genuinely. Your Founder rate is a permanent commitment tied to your account, not a promotional period. No matter what the standard weekly rate becomes, your Billing screen will continue to show $25/week.

Do I get a Founder discount on extra services or one-time jobs?

The Founder rate applies to your weekly cleanup plan. Any add-on or one-time work would be priced separately — Bryan will tell you that price upfront before anything is scheduled.

I referred a neighbor and earned a free week credit. Does that change my $25 rate going forward?

Not at all. Referral credits reduce what you owe that billing cycle, but your base rate stays $25/week. Credits are a bonus on top of your already-locked price.

What happens to my Founder number if I move to a new address?

Your Founder number and rate are attached to your account, not your address. Update your cross-streets in the Profile screen and Bryan will adjust your route. Your pricing does not change.

Can I give my Founder rate to someone else or transfer my account?

Founder pricing is non-transferable — it belongs to the account that signed up. Your neighbor can get $5 off their first week through your referral code, but they would join at the standard rate after that.
