How to Rate Your Visits

💡 Rating a visit takes ten seconds: 4–5 stars unlocks a Google review prompt, anything lower sends private feedback directly to Bryan.

After every completed visit, you get a quick chance to rate the job 1–5 stars. It takes about ten seconds, it genuinely helps Bryan keep quality high, and if things ever fall short, your feedback goes straight to him — privately, no drama.

  1. 1

    Open the Visits tab

Tap the Visits icon at the bottom of your portal. You will see a list of every visit — past and upcoming. Completed visits show a status badge and the before/after photos Bryan's crew took.

  2. 2

Find the completed visit you want to rate

Scroll to the visit you want to rate. Completed visits that have not been rated yet will show a star-rating prompt right below the photos. Tap the visit card if you need to open the full detail view.

💡 Only completed visits can be rated — upcoming or in-progress stops will not show the rating prompt yet.

  3. 3

    Tap your star rating

You will see five stars. Tap the star that matches how you feel about the job — 1 is the lowest, 5 is the highest. The stars light up as you tap so you can see your selection before you confirm.

  4. 4

For 4 or 5 stars — share a Google review (optional)

If you tap 4 or 5 stars, a prompt appears asking if you would like to leave a Google review. This is completely optional. If you tap yes, you are taken straight to the review page so you can share your experience publicly. If you skip it, your rating is still saved.

💡 Google reviews are a huge help for a small owner-operated business like this one — Bryan genuinely appreciates every one.

  5. 5

For 1, 2, or 3 stars — tell Bryan what happened

If you tap 1, 2, or 3 stars, a private feedback box appears. Type as much or as little as you like. Your message goes directly to Bryan — it is not posted anywhere publicly and the crew does not see it. Hit Send when you are done.

💡 Bryan reads every low-rating message personally and will follow up with you directly.

  6. 6

    Confirm your rating

After submitting, the star prompt on that visit card is replaced by your saved rating. You can see at a glance which visits you have already rated and how you scored them.

Common questions

Can I change my rating after I submit it?

Not right now — ratings are saved as submitted. If you left a low rating and things got sorted out, or if you made a mistake, just text Bryan directly and he can note it on his end.

Does the crew see my low-star feedback?

No. Low-rating feedback (1–3 stars) goes privately to Bryan only. He uses it to address issues and improve quality without putting anyone on the spot publicly.

Do I have to leave a Google review when I give 4 or 5 stars?

Nope — it is completely optional. The prompt appears because it is helpful for the business, but tapping "skip" works just fine and your star rating is still recorded.

What if I missed rating a visit from a few weeks ago?

Scroll back in your Visits list — older unrated completed visits still show the rating prompt. You can rate any completed visit that has not been rated yet, no matter how far back it was.

Where can I see the before/after photos from a visit?

They are right on the visit card in your Visits tab. Tap the card to open the full detail view where you can see both photos clearly before you decide on your rating.
