Check your email for Bryan's message
After you sign up, Bryan personally emails you a secure Stripe payment link. Look for a message from Bryan at Ah Crap Cleanup Co. — it will have a button or link that says something like "Set up your payment method." Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a day.

Open the Stripe link
Tap the link in Bryan's email. It opens a Stripe-hosted page — you'll see Stripe's branding and a padlock in your browser's address bar. This page is not part of the Ah Crap portal; it lives entirely on Stripe's secure servers.

Enter your card details on the Stripe page
Type in your card number, expiration date, and CVV directly on the Stripe form. Stripe encrypts everything on your device before it ever leaves your browser. Ah Crap Cleanup Co. never receives or stores your card number.

Submit and wait for the confirmation screen
Tap the "Save" or "Confirm" button on the Stripe page. You'll see a confirmation message telling you your payment method has been saved. You can close that tab — you're all set.

Open your portal and check the Billing screen
Head to ops.ahcrapcleanup.com and tap Billing. Once your card is on file, the "set up secure payment" card on your Home screen will clear, and you'll see your upcoming charge date and your locked $25/wk founder rate listed there.
💡 If the setup card is still showing, give it a few minutes and refresh. If it persists, text Bryan — he can confirm on his end.

From this point on, your weekly $25 charge processes automatically each billing cycle. You don't need to do anything — just make sure your card stays current. If a card expires, Bryan will reach out so you can update it through a new Stripe link.

Just text or call Bryan, or use the support chat bubble in your portal. Bryan will send you a new Stripe link so you can add your updated card the same way you did the first time. It only takes a minute.
When will my card be charged for the first time?

Can I skip a week or pause service after I set up payment?
