Your worker kit has everything you need to look the part and get the job done — shirt, scooper, bags, business cards, and more. You request it right inside the onboarding section, and it only takes a minute.

Open the Onboarding section
From the Home screen, look for the onboarding progress card near the top. Tap it — or tap the Onboarding item in the menu — to open your onboarding checklist. You will see each step you need to complete before your first route.
💡 If the onboarding card is not showing, you are likely already through that step. Scroll down on Home to check.

Find the 'Request Your Worker Kit' step
Scroll through the checklist until you see the worker kit step. It will show as incomplete (no checkmark) until you submit the request. Tap it to open the request form.

Pick your shirt size
The form asks for your shirt size first — tap the size that fits you best from the dropdown or button options. This is the crew shirt you will wear on the job, so pick the size you are comfortable working in.
💡 Not sure on sizing? Go one up — you will be moving around out there.

Confirm your mailing address
Below the shirt size you will see an address field pre-filled from your profile. Double-check that the street address and zip code are correct. If anything is off, update it here before you submit.
💡 Make sure it is an address where you can actually receive a package — a P.O. box works fine.

Add any notes (optional)
There is a short notes field at the bottom of the form. If you have a specific request or something Bryan should know about the shipment, type it here. Otherwise, leave it blank.

Tap 'Submit Request'
Hit the Submit Request button. You will see a confirmation message letting you know Bryan received it. The worker kit step on your onboarding checklist will update to show it is submitted.
💡 You will only be able to submit this once, so make sure your shirt size and address look right before tapping.

Track the status on your checklist
Head back to the onboarding checklist and find the kit step. The status will show 'Submitted' right away. Once Bryan marks it shipped, it will update to 'Shipped' so you know it is on the way.
💡 Bryan ships kits manually, so it usually goes out within a day or two of your request.

Stuck or something looks wrong? Text Bryan
If your status has not updated in a few days, or you need to change your address after submitting, use the 'Text Bryan' button on the Home screen. He will sort it out for you quickly.
Common questions
What comes in the worker kit?
Your kit includes your Ah Crap crew shirt, a scooper, waste bags, and business cards to hand neighbors. Bryan puts it together so you have what you need from day one.
Can I change my shirt size after I submit?
You cannot edit the form after submitting, but just text Bryan from the Home screen and he will sort out the right size before the kit ships. Catch it early and it is no problem.
Can I start accepting routes before my kit arrives?
Check your onboarding checklist — some steps need to be completed (like e-signing your documents and connecting your Stripe payout account) before route offers come through. Bryan will let you know when you are cleared to go.
What if my kit arrives and something is missing or damaged?
Text Bryan right away using the button on the Home screen. He will get a replacement out to you. Include a quick description of what is missing or wrong so he can fix it fast.
Do I need my kit before I can do my first job?
You will want your shirt and supplies on hand before working your first route — it keeps things professional and gives you everything you need to do the job right. Bryan tries to ship kits quickly so there is no hold-up.
