How to Set Your Availability and Request Time Off

💡 Request time off anytime from your Profile — Bryan handles backup coverage so you never have to worry about jobs going uncovered while you're out.

Life happens — and that's totally fine. Your Profile lets you set your regular availability and flag time off whenever you need it. Bryan takes care of lining up backup coverage so customers are always taken care of and nothing falls on you when you're out.

  1. 1

    Open your Profile

Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of your screen. This is where all your personal settings and crew preferences live.

  2. 2

    Review your current availability

Scroll to the Availability section. You'll see the days and times you've set as available for routes. This is what Bryan uses when building your schedule each week.

💡 Keeping this up to date means you'll only get route offers that actually fit your life.

  3. 3

    Update your regular availability

Tap the availability days or times to edit them. Toggle days on or off and adjust your preferred working hours, then save. Changes take effect for future scheduling — they don't affect routes already offered to you.

  4. 4

    Request time off

Still in Profile, find the Request Time Off option. Tap it and pick the dates you need off. Add a short note if it helps Bryan understand the situation, then submit the request.

💡 Give Bryan as much heads-up as you can — a few days' notice makes it much easier to line up a backup.

  5. 5

    Wait for Bryan to confirm

Bryan will see your request and arrange backup coverage for those dates. You'll get a confirmation once it's sorted. You don't need to find someone yourself — that part is on Bryan.

  6. 6

Check your Routes tab before your time off starts

After your request is confirmed, take a look at your Routes tab to make sure no new route offers landed for your off dates. If you see one that conflicts, you can always decline it — you can always decline any route offer, no questions asked.

  7. 7

Need something faster? Text Bryan directly

If it's last-minute or you're not sure a request went through, use the "Stuck? Text Bryan" option on your Home screen. He's a real person and will get back to you quickly.

Common questions

Do I have to find my own backup when I take time off?

Nope, that's Bryan's job. You request the time off, Bryan arranges coverage. Just submit the request as early as you can and he'll handle the rest.

What if I need time off on short notice?

Submit the request in Profile as soon as you know, and then text Bryan directly using the "Stuck? Text Bryan" link on your Home screen. The more heads-up the better, but Bryan understands emergencies happen.

Will I lose pay for the days I'm off?

You're paid per completed, photo-verified, approved job — so you won't earn for days you're not working, but there's no penalty for taking time off. Your availability and earnings history stay intact.

Can I change my regular availability whenever I want?

Yes, you can update your available days and hours in Profile at any time. Just keep in mind changes affect future scheduling, not route offers already in your queue.

What if I get a route offer for a day I've already requested off?

You can always decline any route offer — no explanation needed, no pressure. Just tap Decline on that offer in your Routes tab.
