How Route Offers Work: Accepting and Running Your Stops

💡 Route offers land in your Routes tab — tap Accept to claim it, or Decline if the timing doesn't work. No guilt, no pressure.

When Bryan has a route ready for you, you'll see it right in your portal. You're never locked in — you can always decline if it doesn't work for you. Here's exactly how it flows from offer to finished route.

  1. 1

    Open the Routes tab

Tap Routes in your crew portal navigation. Any open route offers waiting for your response will appear here — you'll see the date, general area, and number of stops.

💡 If you don't see a new offer yet, check back later — Bryan sends them out ahead of the scheduled day.

  2. 2

    Review the offer details

Tap the offer to expand it. You'll see the stops included and the day it's scheduled. Take a look and decide if it works for you.

  3. 3

Accept or Decline — your call

Tap Accept to claim the route, or Decline if the timing doesn't work. You can always decline — there are no penalties and Bryan will arrange coverage. Either way, tap the button so Bryan knows where things stand.

💡 Stuck or have a question about the route? Tap "Text Bryan" on your Home screen anytime.

  4. 4

Check today's stops on the day of the route

On the scheduled day, open your Home screen first thing. Your today's stops will be listed right there so you know exactly what's on your plate before you head out.

💡 The Home screen also shows your unpaid earnings at a glance — a nice reminder of what's coming.

  5. 5

Head to the Jobs tab to start your first stop

Tap Jobs in the navigation to see each stop on today's route. Tap a job to open its detail view — this is where you'll run the completion wizard, work through the checklist, and take your before/after photos.

  6. 6

    Complete each stop and submit

Work through the checklist for each stop, take honest before and after photos, then tap submit when you're done. Bryan reviews every submitted job before it's marked complete and approved for pay.

💡 Photos are required — they protect you and keep customers happy. Snap them even if the yard looks the same.

  7. 7

Repeat for each stop until the route is done

Go back to the Jobs tab and open the next stop. Work through each one in the same way — checklist, photos, submit. Once all stops are submitted, your route is wrapped up.

💡 If something unexpected comes up at a stop (a locked gate, an aggressive pet), use the Report an Issue option in the job detail so Bryan knows right away.

Common questions

What happens if I decline a route offer?

Nothing bad — Bryan will arrange coverage. You can always decline if the day doesn't work for you. Just tap Decline so Bryan has enough notice to sort it out.

How much notice will I get before a route?

Bryan sends offers ahead of the scheduled day so you have time to respond. If an offer comes in last-minute and it doesn't work, just decline and let him know.

What if I accept and then something comes up last minute?

Tap "Text Bryan" on your Home screen and let him know as soon as possible. Life happens — just give him as much heads-up as you can so he can line up coverage.

Do I get paid for a route even if a customer wasn't home?

You get paid per completed, photo-verified, approved job. As long as you worked the stop, took your photos, and submitted it, Bryan reviews it and approves it for pay — the customer doesn't need to be home.

Can customers and I contact each other directly through the portal?

There's a support chat in the customer portal, but the system never shares your phone number with customers (or theirs with you). All contact stays inside the portal so everyone's privacy is protected.
