Why Clemente Ranch homeowners book pet waste removal
Clemente Ranch is a lake-and-park family community in south Chandler near Alma School and Ocotillo, with lots of dogs and tidy HOA front yards.
Phoenix-area heat turns a neglected yard into a fly-and-odor problem fast, and dog waste carries parasites that don't break down in dry desert soil the way people assume. A weekly route keeps it from ever building up — and it's the cheapest recurring service we offer.
Clemente Ranch sits right by Ocotillo and Alma School, so it shares a route corridor with our south-Chandler stops — meaning Clemente Ranch fills in fast as a route add-on. Family households and HOA front-yard standards make weekly pet waste and quick weed hits the most-requested combo here.
