Queen Creek is spread out — Encanterra sits down toward Combs and Ironwood, Cortina and Hastings Farms are miles the other way in West Queen Creek, and Schnepf Farms anchors the middle. To keep the price at $25 and the service dependable, we run the route by neighborhood: nearby homes get grouped onto the same service day. When your address lands in a pocket where we're already rolling — say a cluster of houses off Ellsworth or Rittenhouse — everybody on that stretch wins. For founding customers, no — the larger initial catch-up cleanup is included at no extra charge. We clear the whole backlog on that first visit so the weekly $25 keeps it easy from there.
Do you actually service my part of Queen Creek?
We're now accepting weekly customers across Queen Creek's 85142, 85140 and 85143 areas — from the West Queen Creek communities near Cortina out to Encanterra and Ironwood Crossing. Availability is organized by neighborhood route, so submit your address and we'll confirm your service day.
How do I know the yard actually got cleaned?
Every visit includes completion photos — before-and-after shots sent to you so you can see the yard's clear without walking out to check. Handy on the bigger lots out here where you'd otherwise be doing a full lap to be sure.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. As long as we can get into the yard — an unlocked gate is perfect — you don't have to be there. You'll get your photos when we're done. Just make sure any dogs are inside or friendly.
