Life happens — vacations, holidays, you just don't need us this week. Skipping a week takes about 30 seconds in your portal, and you will not be charged for any week you skip. Your founder rate stays locked no matter how many times you skip.

Open your portal and go to Billing
Head to ops.ahcrapcleanup.com and log in with your magic link. Tap the Billing tab at the bottom of the screen. This is where all your scheduling and payment controls live.

Find the skip-a-week option
On the Billing screen you will see your upcoming charge date and a 'Skip a Week' button or link below it. Tap that. You will be shown which specific week you are about to skip so you can confirm it is the right one.

Confirm your skip
A quick confirmation screen will show the date of the visit being skipped and confirm that no charge will occur for that week. Tap 'Confirm Skip' to lock it in. That is it — done.
💡 You will see the skipped week reflected immediately under your upcoming visits on the Home screen.

Check that the week shows as skipped
Tap over to the Visits tab. The week you just skipped should appear as skipped — no visit scheduled, no charge pending. If anything looks off, just text Bryan directly from the Home screen.

Want to come back? Do nothing.
Skipping one week does not change your recurring schedule. The following week your cleanups resume automatically at your normal frequency. You do not need to un-skip or reactivate anything.
💡 If you need multiple weeks off in a row, consider using the Pause option in Billing instead — it holds your whole plan until you are ready.
Common questions
Will I be charged for the week I skip?
No. When you confirm a skip, that week's charge is removed entirely. You are only charged for weeks where a cleanup actually happens.
Is there a deadline for skipping a week?
Try to skip before the week starts — ideally at least a day before your scheduled visit so Bryan and the crew are not already on their way. The sooner the better, but if something comes up last minute just text Bryan from the Home screen.
Does skipping affect my $25 founder rate?
Not at all. Your founder pricing is locked for life regardless of how often you skip, pause, or adjust your schedule. It does not expire or reset.
Can I skip more than one week at a time?
You can skip weeks one at a time from Billing. If you know you will be gone for several weeks, the Pause option on the same Billing screen is easier — it suspends your plan until you turn it back on.
I skipped by accident. Can it be undone?
Text Bryan right away using the Text Bryan button on your Home screen. As long as the visit has not been assigned to the crew yet he can usually put it back on the schedule with no problem.
