How fast can you actually come?
Most weekdays I have same-day openings, especially before noon. If I can't fit you in today I'll tell you the next two real windows. Move-out and HOA panic jobs jump the line.
How do I get a real price?
Text a picture to (480) 256-9684 or use the online form. I quote a flat number or a tight range, usually inside 10 min. If on arrival it's heavier than the photo showed, I confirm a new number before I start — never a surprise charge.
What about the Arizona summer?
Real talk — when it hits 110°+, I shift to early-morning starts (5a–10a) and indoor/shaded jobs in the afternoon. Pet waste routes stay on schedule. Heavy outdoor cleanups get rescheduled to the cool hours so I don't pass out in your yard.
What do I need to do before you show up?
Pet jobs: dogs inside, gate access confirmed. Patios/garages: move anything you don't want touched out of the work zone. That's it — I bring bags, gloves, tools, and disposal.
Pay before or after?
Small jobs ($150 or under): pay after, via Stripe link sent with your completion photos. Bigger jobs: small deposit locks the window, balance due on completion.
What won't you take?
No hazardous waste, chemicals, needles, dead animals, human waste, big appliances, roof work, ladders over 6 ft, or anything requiring a contractor license. If a dog isn't secured, I won't enter the yard. If I can't take it, I'll tell you a Chandler outfit that can.
